	Just wanted to drop you a line about the level of service we are gettng from your team. I have to say they are an excellent bunch, we deal a lot with Lisa and she is exceptionally good at what she does, as are the other staff, it is nice to get some "old fashioned" service these days. 	I’ve found that making bookings using the website is really easy & hassle free & when I have needed to call customer services, everyone has been extremely helpful. All deliveries have been completed in a timely manner as well. So no problems, only compliments to report about your services.

	The courier service has been great! It saves so much on time and it’s just easier and more efficient than our previous way of booking. The great part about booking online is not only the fact that it’s quick and hassle free, but also the ability to go back and check the job and past jobs too. The guys who pick up our packages are great with time too. We’re happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate continuing to use Urgent.

	We continue to be very happy with Urgent Couriers service inside of Auckland, the guys are great and customer service over the phone is very helpful. You also ensure the deliveries are on time and we have not had any issues with lost/misplaced deliveries this year - Well Done!
