Q. I've forgotten my password - what is it?

Click "Forgot Password" next to the "LOGIN" button - this will take you to the "Contact Us" page with Forgot my password selected. Complete the mandatory fields and click "Send". Your password will be reset and we will send you an email with your new password.

Q. I'm already a customer - how do I get an Internet Login?

Click the "Register" button on the top tool bar. This will take you to the "Contact Us" page with "Send me a login" selected. Complete the mandatory fields and click "Send". We will email your login details as soon as possible (during business hours).

Q. How do I open an account?

Click on "Open an Account" on the side menu of this page. Fill out the form, print, sign it, and fax it back to us on 09 307 3599. We will contact you immediately to let you know we have set up your account and you will be able to start booking jobs!

Q. Do I still pay full price if a courier is late?

The answer is NO! In the event that one of our couriers is late on delivery, our system automatically decreases the price to the speed that the courier has achieved. For example, a job booked on a 60-minute speed that was delivered in 65 minutes will be reduced to a 75-minute price. The only exception is if the courier was booked on a DIRECT service. We will also let you know we are running late on delivery, giving you the chance to let the recipient of your delivery know.

Q. I only book one or two couriers per month. It is worth opening an account?

Absolutely! Having an account means saving time and money. You can make the most of our online services, plus we send you one invoice at the end of the month for all of your jobs. You also receive dramatic reductions off our casual rate!
